The "Invalid Tag" sign is an indication your E-ZPass account is at or below $0.00. This can happen if your replenishment was rejected by your bank, your E-ZPass was reported lost or stolen, your E-ZPass has not yet been activated or fully activated or your account was closed. If this occurred, please call the E-ZPass Customer Care Center. Any rejection payment by your bank will incur a $25 rejected/declined fee applied to your E-ZPass account.
